      2. Focus On The Basics
 
 Too many people waste time with exercises that do virtually
 nothing for your body. “Isolation” movements, high-rep “light”
 dumbbell movements, and too much cardio. Vince’s DVDs go into
 this, and show you the absolute best movements to use in order
 to put on some lean muscle faster.

 days. It takes 21 days to form a habit. So, for the next 21

 think of your workouts as something that will add YEARS to
 your ability to be an active parent. Also, you’ll be more fit
 and energetic, so you can play longer with them. And kids
 respect fit parents… in fact I have so many kids tell me how
 proud they are of their “really fit” moms and dads.
 
 Putting your body in the Top 5 means you also put your wallet
 in the Top 5 when it comes to your body.
